Anil Ambai - is either completely asleep at the wheel or is driving with complete knowledge of what he is doing !!!

It seems cheating is in the DNA of reliance group.... I have heard complains about other mobile operators but Anil Ambani's Reliance Communication Group have perfected cheating into an art form. In case of all other operators you come across inefficiency and some miss-selling - in case of Reliance you get the felling of being royally conned and taken for a ride.

Some common forms of cheating are:

a). Charging customers for services they have not subscribed

b). Not activating services even after you have paid them

c). Overcharging customers for calls/ packages they have not taken

Its no wonder that Reliance Infocom are being investigated by Indian government for fraud in relation to underpayment of licence fee. See other post.

I can't imagine why people get fooled all the time. Is it just pure ignorance or some sort of blind faith that how can such a big company provide such shocking services !!!
