Letter to Anil Ambani !!!!!!!!
I recently subscribed to Reliance Netconnect Broadband connection (Braodband + 2GB) FROM VRITI INFOCOM. THEY ARE A COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT COMPANY PROVIDING SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The representativeswere very prompt and provided excellent customer service till the point of collection of cheque of Rs 9,935 (paid to Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd - 5002270413) toward the equipment and 1 year's fee. PLEASE SEARCH ON INTERNET RE VRITI INFOCOM AND THE FIRST THING THAT WILL COME UP IS THE FRAUD ON CUSTOMERS AND NUMEROUS CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.
After that the service has gone completely downhill. I was promised that the connection will be setup by 26 Dec and then 28 Dec and then finally I was told that by 7.30pm on 30 Dec the connection will be set-up. No action has happened and I have been asked to call several people to talk to the right person. At the stage of collection of money I was given a very smooth service - just one person handled everything. And now the person who I spoke to is even refusing to speak to me saying that he is an area manager and too senior to be talking to me!!.
I understand that I am one customer and it may not make a massive difference if I go away but perhaps the power of word of mouth is quite strong. I hope you take this complaint seriously and get some action taken not only regarding my complaint but re customer service in general. It is quite regrettable that I have to write to the chairman of the company as I am not being heard at lower levels.
